i'm so hungry right now. so hungry. i had around 1,500 calories today but i'm so hungry. not the kind of hunger that gets triggered by sugar and crappy eating; this is the type of hunger that is caused by a calorie deficit.
i literally have nothing in my apartment... i found about 10 peanuts in a drawer (in a bag) but otherwise i can't find anything else.
we just finished a biceps workout. it was good. reg curls, hammer curls, and 21's. around 9 or 10 sets total. i went a little heavier this time. good workout.

Thank you for clarifying that the peanuts were still in a package and now just "free floating" in the bottom of the drawer. haha

Bloglines showed a new post but rather than read it there I clicked on your link to bring up the window and then clicked on the next one in my list.
Then I come here and find nothing new. Have I lost my mind... lol.
