i didn't run at all this weekend and it has been warm in a relative sense, outside. shame on me. but i don't feel too guilty, you have to roll with what you have going on in your life and do the best you can. there will be a time when back running a lot, very soon hopefully.

i have travel this upcoming week (and 1 day next week) so my christmas shopping days are really tightening up. i did a little last night and some more today hopefully.
