tonight i completed an excellent inclined chest routine. last week was more or less a maintenance lift so it was nice to hit it hard again. i'd love to get in ALL of my lifts this week.
my stomach issue lasted all saturday and sunday. i gave in and popped 2 pepto-bismol pills on sunday night, then went to bed. i still felt it a little today too but i think its better. evil english muffins with peanut butter! evil heat! actually, i don't really know the culprit but those seem like convenient excuses.
today the girl who rang up my coffee smiled and pulled out a stamp card thing and stamped all up for me! *stamp* *stamp* *stamp* *stamp* *stamp* all quick-like. cool. nice to see you today, she said. 1 free coffee for me tomorrow, woohoo!

Hey! I think your blog is hilarious. I love the stuff about chi running. My husband's name is Brent and he has trouble with his knees/legs, too. Maybe it's in the name.
What kind of watch are you using to track your stats? It seems like it gives you a lot of cool info.
