i ran a full 3 miles on the treadmill tonight. finished in a leisurely 32:30. the pain was not as bad as yesterday, i was just so happy to be able to run. tomorrow i plan to stick to the elliptical for certain. i think i'm about 1 mile behind schedule through 3 days, but it doesn't concern me too much at this point. although the 6-miler scheduled for saturday does scare me a little because of (i'm not going to say it).

i noticed a trend at the gym. about 80% of the girls were wearing long pants (its hot here by the way--80's to high 70's temps). i'm not even going to try to figure out why, i thought it was a little weird though. and one girl was wearing a sweatshirt wrapped around her butt. ok. are you going to put that on later? and now i'm staring at your butt wondering why you have a sweatshirt tied around your butt.

i finished Angels and Dem0ns by Dan Br0wn earlier tonight. this is the prequel to The Da Vinci C0de Its a fine book through the first 500 pages but it all falls apart after that. what a stupid ending. the last 50 pages just plain suck. how's that for a book review?

I had a girlfriend who hated how her butt looked so she tied a sweatshirt around her waist with almost everything she work. Her reasoning was the sweatshirt hid her butt and the tieing around also took away from and somewhat hid her waistline that she also hated. Somehow I suspect that is not the case with these girls especially if you were staring at her butt. Maybe it was simply because otherwise she knew you would be doing that and feared her pantylines would or would not be showing.
