weekly recap (monday to sunday)
Goal: 21 miles
Actual: 19.5 miles. so close. i highly doubt i will run the remaining 1.5 today. it would do more harm than good at this point. i can hardly walk. calves.
Goal for this week: schedule reads 18 miles--3,5,3,7.
i'm thinking about not running that much this week though.
my diet is so horrible right now. no need to go on about it, but its horrible and i feel like a broken record. this will be a good week though. broken record.
