my little arm. hehe. so tonight i attended a cousin's wedding. during the ceremony suddently i thought, i think i'm going to increase my "easy" runs to 4 miles--i don't think 3 is enough to make a difference because i've been running 3 miles for so long. "and do you take this woman.." and then i'm thinking, yeah i should switch the tricep kickbacks out and do some "skull crushers" (tricep) instead. "and do you take this man..." and then i said to myself, why am i thinking about this stuff now? then i thought, i think i'm going to blog this.
my sis was in the wedding--good job sis! lookin' good! i felt so proud.

Nice arm ;) And you know, I think you might have a blogging problem when you think about such things during a wedding. But at least it wasn't your own!
