the results of my circuit training. i don't know, it seems much tougher than running. i can still feel my heart beating loudly. i was a little surprised that it took me 30 minutes to finish, i guess i always assumed this was a 15-20 minute routine since the rest periods are only 30 seconds. the ab work is not on here either.
i don't really get the same "pump" like i do when training 1 body part/day. but its a lot more work. hmm we'll see, i'll do it for a month or so. ok now it's back to work *grrr* no comment. i'm freakin' tired.
