as soon as the baseball game is over i'm heading to the gym. knowing my luck, if i were to leave now someone would score so i'd miss the end. i got the most heavenly nap in after work, thus i am primed for a full blown late night workout. at lunch today i had a big long discussion with the boss about how i used to be in such good shape. i think he felt a little guilty about the long hours we work...we left at 4 even though we could have burned the midnight oil.
