i'm teetering. on the brink of do i, or don't i go to the gym. got home at 8.30 after working 14 hour day. i can hardly see straight. my head kind of hurts. my contacts feel funny. tomorrow i must get in by 6am for a meeting.
but my gut (no pun intended) is telling me that i best get to the gym no matter what. hmmm. yes ok i will go to the gym. but its on record, this isn't hey i want to go lift and run this should be great, this is my gut ORDERING me to go. i will listen this time.
later. ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill. didn't quite hit 3 miles. HR started in 120's for mile one but quickly went to the mid 150's. i'll take it!
