YEAH a good pump tonight! ripped out 6 or 7 solid sets of chest which included only two exercizes: the standard flat bp, and the standard flat flye. nice heavy weights. now i will settle in for a nice long night of monday night football, yeah. i will try once again to wake up at the crack of dawn to head to the gym for a pre-work workout. must....work....out....before work....i...can.... DOIT. plus tomorrow it will be a late night at work so the morning workout is A MUST.
