Monday- Lift (chest) 4am. TOO MANY CALORIES.
Tuesday- 20 minutes elliptical 10pm. i know pathetic. all these girls around me seemed to be going 100 mph on those things, i did all i could to keep up. i ran out of gas. my HR was consistently in the 160+ range--too high. TOO MANY CALORIES
Wednesday- nothing. calories were ok but not great. piece of salmon for dinner, protein bar for lunch (25p grams i believe), latte and a blueberry scone for breakfast. glass of apple juice, some carrots, too much diet dew.
Thursday- yeah right.
Friday- ummmmm....see the cookie post.
Saturday-
