man i am feeling pretty tired tonight. i didn't eat so well today, not too badly but not that good either. i had a sub for lunch which is way too much bread. i also had some mentos (the freshmaker!) and two snickers marathons. i did not eat dinner but when i came home from work i had 3 yogurt carb control things and 1 cracker (last one in the box). for breakfast i had the usual medium latte. oh yeah and my afternoon snack was a small latte. i think that covers everything i ate today.
Jog: 50 minutes. rabbit sightings: 4; bugs swallowed: 1. my legs feel a little sore. i ran for 26+ minutes in one direction then turned around and finished the same distance in 23+ minutes. i was booking it pretty good, plus there is a slight incline on most of the way back. i wonder how far i ran...not sure.
Lift: Yesterday I did a 'maintenance' biceps lift but other than that i've been slacking on the lifting this week. no worries though. tomorrow its golf, i truthfully held out from lifting this week because i hate being sore when i'm golfing...it makes me feel all tight and can't swing very well. i'm tired. good night kids!
