Jog: 28:00. Normally this route takes me 30 minutes. I was trying to run it quicker this time because I knew I was only going one lap. I feel taller when I run well, I don't know how to explain it. regarding the blister, I popped it yesterday and it didn't hurt at all during the run tonight so that is promising.
