forgot to put a band-aid on my blister before i went running. no worries, apparently it was only temporary, that blister thing. i didn't feel so great on tonights run and i was slow but whatya gonna do. i might lift tonight but i might not. i should lift before i run because then i wouldn't be all tired out.
