Tonight I remembered I had a stopwatch feature on my mp3 player. This after two summers of running with my mp3 player AND a stopwatch. Whoops.
Today for
Breakfast: large skim latte and a pack of snackwells creme sandwich cookies from vending machine (oops)
Snack: between 3-4 gross dry fibery crackers (hey they're crunchy at least)
Lunch: a potbelly sandwich
Snack: hot tamales from neighbor (mmm tastey)
Dinner: nothing
Snack: 4 oz. of "carb control" yogurt after my run
Jog: 31 minutes (after a 14 hour day at work, go me)
Lift: should do shoulders but i'm too tired, will do tomorrow
Wednesday
Jog: no
Lift: no
Tuesday
Jog: 30:00
Lift: Chest--3 sets heavy BP reps 8,8,6. heavy flyes: 6,6,6 (i think)
Today for
