Lift: biceps; 4 sets curls w/ez, 3 sets of reverse curls.
i'm going to try to go to bed early, which would be a nice treat. maybe i'll run tomorrow morning. fell asleep after work during the time when i would have usually gone for a run. oh well. at least i lifted.
