more miles, more weight
ran a great 6 miles tonight, in 52 minutes. its cold again, mid to high teens. my face hurt for about half a mile. the avg high for march 3 is 35; not sure if it high 20 today.
my legs are beginning to catch on again, they are continually itching to break out into a full sprint. i ran my last mile tonight in just over 8:00 so that was pretty fun.
i gained about 3 pounds over the last week-- i got pretty hungry running 31 miles, all in one week. its hard to hold back my appetite when i run over 30 mpw (i tend to go overboard sometimes). oh well, eventually it seems like things even out and the weight goes back down.
