4 sets of heavy low rep incline dumbell bench.
3 sets of medium weight high rep incline flyes.
that makes it 3 days in a row of lifting, YEAH that is more like it.
low intensity but i know i'll be sore tomorrow. my triceps are a little weak because of my time off (slacker)-- i should add some skull crushers. maybe later in the week. i almost didn't lift but then i just did anyway because tomorrow will be a late one. i'll guess 10pm, which will make it 15.5 hours in a stinkin' office, in one stinkin' day. but on the bright side, it'll be the last late night for the quarter (for the most part). i really wanted to run tonight. next week i'll start up again BECAUSE I WILL BE ON VACATION YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
