I lifted before I ran so that wore me out a little--I didn't feel like running afterwards plus it was hot out. The air felt thick. I scooted around a little less than 1 full lap: 1.8 miles in 17:05, average HR: 162/max 183, average speed 6.3mph/max 8.9mph, average pace: 9:43 minute mile, calories burned: 320. I like the fact that if i feel tired, i can check my HR to see if its just all in my head. If i feel really tired but it says 140bpm, i know i could pick up the pace. I gotta get in shape, these stats are not pretty.
