well this is the best i can do for now. even when you click on it you won't be able to see much. but this is the HR reading from my 7.4 mi run on the 29th. i think the readings are pretty accurate. i thought the HR drop was interesting toward the beginning--i remember having to wait to cross a road because of lots of traffic.
