my new HR monitor is cool, i just have to figure out
how to use the thing.  my resting HR when i got home was 51-53.  i think it will be even lower tomorrow morning.  i read that highly trained endurance athletes have resting HR's that are 40 bpm or lower. so i think 51 is ok i suppose.  i will let you know what it is in the morning.  so i guess i ran 3.4 miles or so in 34?  my average pace per miles was like 11 minutes.  i see some room for improvement?  i got my HR up to 179 bpm on  a sprint at the end which was cool.  my average HR during the run was low to mid 150's.  maybe too high?  i will have to research that.  that is all for now!
