Who thinks its stupid to work 15 hours and get home at 10.30? *raises hand*
my resting HR this morning was about 51 again. hmm i will take the actual HR test later this weekend and see what it says. you are supposed to lay down for 3 minutes, stand for 3 minutes, then sit for 3 minutes, then it takes an average, something like that. the other thing i was thinking about was lets say i'm running along at 155 bpm (about 80% of my max by the way which is within the ok zone of 75-85), and after 4 or 5 miles it still says 155? should i be more tired/heart beat faster when i reach some sort of limit? i mean is 4 miles not enough if my HR is still the same at that point as it was when i was on the first mile? maybe i should pull a forrest gump and run and run until my HR starts to go up? hmmm.
