carbo-load?
i don't see any need to finish the story, you get the gist. however lets just say it didn't end in TOTAL disaster ;)
------------
i bought a carbo-load meal (so i thought), but i looked up the nutritional info and it turns out it wasn't so carby. i ended up with the picture: 39 carbs and 270 calories excluding the chicken and cheese. the larger version is 500 calories and 87 carbs.
does anybody have any thoughts about what i'm supposed to do? shoot for a certain number of carbs for my big carb meal? or total calories? i've never really paid close attention but i think i better figure it out now. plus tonight i ran my scheduled 4 miler....does that mean i used up tonights carb meal already? do i carb it up again on friday? i might be too late to get your advice before saturday's run but ya never know. thanks in advance. later dudes.
