right now i'm looking up the nutrition information for one serving of fat free sour cream with g00gle, instead of walking into my kitchen. hmmm...sad!
i'm back, i gave up and went into the kitchen.
since sunday i'm down just under 2 lbs. come on ya stupid scale show me some love! this is going to take forever at this rate. oh well, such is the process i guess. i don't feel that much better yet but it hasn't been very long since i started eating clean. today was not a good day on the protein front...way late to work so i didn't have time to choke down a protein shake.
another long day at the office, i'm going to rest a few minutes and then get in my lift.

Hey, I say congratulations to you on the 2 lbs. That's 7,000 calories in four days and that's not too shabby! Here's a question, do you find that a daily intake of 1300-1400 calories keeps you sufficiently full? Inquiring minds want to know!

yo thanks. the simple answer is: almost. a) i have the gift of a low metabolism b) i have been eating almost 2x my baseline calorie level for months so i have some surplus "storage" for my body to use for energy c) i'm not buring a whole lot of calories through running/lift quite yet. i would say my baseline normal calorie level is 1500-1700 give or take. to lose weight i need to keep it close to 1500 with no exercise. when i run a lot i am hungry all the time at the 1,500 calorie level.
