today i had 1427 calories, similar foods to yesterday with carbs at 52% (200g) and 122g of protein. not too shabby. yesterday i lifted but today is an "off" day...back in the day (meaning last summer) this would normally be a "run" day. still building up to that plus i had to work very very late tonight.
i forgot how much a 300 calorie frozen meal fills me up. also, the protein shakes are saving me in terms of getting enough (at 53g), easy to make too (but tougher to get down).
