gotta go grocery shopping now. i actually made a list. last time i made a list was in feb/mar when i gave the SBD a shot. this is a new plan, a new book, a new start. you'll never guess it. off i go.

just finished a circuit routine. about 5 different sets of abs with no rest in between sets. followed by 2 sets each of 9 different exercizes that cover the major muscle groups WITH ONLY 30 SECONDS REST in between every set. i couldn't do the last exersize, i felt like i was going to puke. the kicker is that you are supposed to do the circuit twice. forget that. maybe next time.
