marathon movie and my run

did you guys see that there is going to be a marathon documentary? am i late to the party on this? following 6 runner's at the '05 chicago marathon including some first timers? and deena kastor is also one of the 6? it looks like it is going to be cool. they have 2 trailers up. 2nd one is cool. wish i could watch it over and over right now.

"Land of the Gods: The Legend of the Marathon" has been a four-year project for Academy Award winning producer Mark Jonathan Harris and Telly Award winner and marathon runner Jon Dunham. The feature-length documentary film follows 6 runners as they prepare for the 2005 LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon (including eventual winner, Deena Kastor), while also documenting the "history, evolution and enduring legacy of the marathon

i ran tonight after i got home from work (9pm or so). wooohooo!!!!!
i set out at a slower pace. the temp "felt like" 27F with essentially no breeze. it was a little chilly but pretty good overall.

i just tried not to rush the run at all. nice and easy, nice and easy. it doesn't matter how slow i go, just ease into it nice and easy.

it felt good.

thank you for your comments lately, i'm a slacker in not getting back to you but i will, don't you worry!
