nothing is going on. i have nothing insightful. this weekend i had the novel idea to wash a baseball hat of mine that was dirty vs. throwing it away. i pulled it out of the dryer tonight and it turned out all frumpy. darn. i might have to chuck it after all. it is clean now though.
tonight was 4 miles. fine. neighborhood route (concrete + asphalt). got frustrated with the 11:00 pacing so i sprinted all the way through the parking lot on the way back. then i went to get gas for the car (lease is expiring in 11 days), diet dr. pepper, and a y0rk mint pattie. the way i see it, i burned 400 calories and ate 170. 400-170 = the type of things that are on my secret calorie counting spreadsheet at work.
