I did: 13 miles (Longest run was 5.1 vs. 7 goal)
Elliptical Minutes: 10
Stairmaster: 50
-I did 30 on the stairmaster tonight...that is a bastard of a workout. I only tripped once! I tried level 10 but only lasted 5 minutes; mostly 7-9 range.
Total miles through 6 weeks: 97 actual vs. 104 goal (7% deficit; also happens to be about a 7 mile deficit).
*Excludes weight lifting sessions.
*Weeks are Monday to Sunday.
