catching my breath
i'm taking myself on a little running vacation. is there such a thing? i hope the weather is nice. i hope i don't put myself out of commission by trying to run several consecutive half marathons, heh. i feel like i'm going nowhere, i'm lost and churning the days up with blank stares and wallowing in guilt; spiraling downward, downward, downward. redo's and start-over's, thats all i have nowadays.
so no more posting for a few days. packing the running shoes and boarding a plane later this week. i need a bit of a getaway. anything to turn this thing around. see you in a week with hopefully a new outlook. or at least an improved one. it'll happen, i know it. i'll bring the digicam!
see you on the flip side.
-------
i lied. i'm back! actually i just got back from the gym. i actually went to the gym. woah. i did 10 minutes elliptical, 1 fast mile on 'mill, and then a good biceps workout: 3 sets heavy db curls, 3 sets of bb forearm curls, and 2 sets of 21's. i feel a lot better but i'm still getting on that plane later this week. see ya, have a good week/end everybody.

If you are using Higdon’s Novice guide–it’s 18 weeks of training, which means you can sit back and relax until the first week of June. So, relax and enjoy your time off!!! :) (Thanks the book recommendation. I actually started using that workbook awhile ago but I couldn’t get into it. Right now it is sitting in my attic–unfinished and collecting dust. But, maybe I should try it again.)

I come home and you leave ... but ... I won't take that personally ...
Have a wonderful "getaway". It's good for the soul.

Don't worry, you'll get back to yourself soon. A business trip, even if it's fun, makes a big mess of your normal life.
I want you to go away more often; I might get lucky again ;)
