Today: Medium skim latte for breakfast, small skim latte for snack, 2 snickers marathons for lunch, couple hot tamales from neighboring cube-mate for afternoon snack, 2 pieces pizza for dinner, some strawberries for snack and some unsalted unflavored almonds.
Jog: 30 minutes (3 miles?) 1 1/2 neighborhood lap. plus 13 minutes to walk back. saw two grown adults chasing around a little dog about the size of a football that was on the loose. pretty funny.
Lift: nope
Yesterday:
Jog: nope
Lift: 3 sets flat BP, heavy. +1 set of lighter weights to exhaustion. 3 sets flyes medium weight about 10 reps/set.
Food: ok from what i remember, a little on the high side for calories.
