i have nothing interesting to say. hmm...sometimes people at work write almost entire emails in the subject line....whats up with that. its like they are trying to make it a quick email or something but dude i can't read this stuff all in the subject line, just go to the body of the email so i can read what the crap it is you are trying to say.

i might try to lift tonight but i'm sort of tired so i might put it off until tomorrow. maybe it will be sunny tomorrow? so i can run outside???
