I'm tired. I fell asleep from 7.30 - 9.30 or so. Woke up in time to watch the end of the stanley cup (game 7), then i lifted some weights. biceps then couple sets of high rep/low weight squats because i felt guilty for not running tonight. high rep meaning set 1: 40 reps, set 2: 40 reps, set 3: 15 reps. hmm what else can i say...hmmm...
i haven't been sleeping well for over a week. i think its because i have a little cold. i hope i shake it soon, i hate the feeling of being exhausted at work all day, even a latte doesn't help! i actually went to target about mid-day to see if they had any caffeine pills (they didn't). instead i bought 1 (just 1!) snickers marathon bar and a six pack of mendota springs sparkling water (lemon). breakfast: 1 banana, 1 med. skim latte. lunch: protein shake, another banana. dinner: frozen meal (first one since february? woah), couple slices of shaved turkey from meat dept., 1 (just 1!) snickers marathon bar. looks like maybe 1200 calories? not too bad but i'm sure i could do without the snickers.
by the way i just looked up caffeine at dictionary.com: "A bitter white alkaloid, C8H10N4O2, often derived from tea or coffee and used in medicine chiefly as a mild stimulant and to treat certain kinds of headache."
