i already did this once but it got deleted somehow. anyway, as i was saying...i was very hungry all day today for whatever reason.
breakfast: banana, LARGE skim latte, snackwells cookies from vending machine
lunch: small quiznos oven roasted turkey (threw out 1/4 of bun because overall it was disguisting), 1 snickers marathon
snack: small skim latte
dinner: protein shake
snack: 1/2 piece shaved turkey
19 min jog, pavement, slow pace, ok i guess. must...run...more.
that is all.
