can't we make this go any faster? i can't believe its only the first day. come on. ah well. let me summarize day 1 by saying, i wanted to eat my lunch at 9.30am.
i hadn't picked up the few things at the grocery store needed to complete my meals last night (just being lazy), so the only snack i had up until dinner time was a little protein bar thing. oh and i also found a way to sneak in a small latte on most days, sweet.
but now i have the groceries so its all good.
since i did the circuit routine last night, i will not be lifting tonight except maybe some lunges. i might go to the gym later on to brave the crowds, we'll see.
i can see the look on your face, you are wondering what a person might eat for breakfast on this here plan i'm on eh? if you look closely you will see i took a chomp out of one corner for a quick taste test. mmmm. this is the french toast with what seemed like 4 blueberries and 4 raspberries (gee thanks).
